It can meet different packaging needs to the greatest extent possible, effectively saving your purchasing costs

3. This machine adopts a combination of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control, controlled by a programmable PLC, and has a 10.4-inch true color touch human-machine interface. The parameter settings are intuitive and precise, and the program runs stably and reliably. According to the preservation packaging requirements of different foods, it is only necessary to set the packaging parameters once to continuously complete the desired packaging operation

4. Boxed packaging: Separate automatic film cutting and manual film cutting [optional]. Adopting a replaceable mold design, one device can be used for packaging multiple specifications of pallets. Users can replace packaging trays of different specifications according to the product packaging size. This mold is made of aluminum alloy material, which meets the requirements of food hygiene

5. Adopting a fully enclosed vacuum displacement method, a vacuum pump is used to evacuate the enclosed vacuum chamber, creating a high degree of vacuum. Then, a mixed gas suitable for food preservation is filled into the vacuum chamber.
